1. Order Cancellation
✅ Before Shipment
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

- If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
❌ After Shipment
- Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return only in case of damage or defect (see below).
2. Refunds (After Delivery)
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Cases
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- You notified us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is returned unused and in original packaging.
❌ Ineligible Cases
- Minor color or finish variations due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
- Damage due to improper usage, mishandling, or lack of care.
- Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., customized orders).
3. Refund Process
- Raise a return request by contacting us via email or phone.
- Provide images or video of the issue for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
- After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after obtaining necessary bank details.
